Full Powder Coating
Tyres are removed and wheels stripped of all paint, any damage is then welded up and smoothed out. Wheels are then sand blasted before going into the oven to be powder coated in the colour required. Tyres are then fitted and wheels balanced.
Diamond Cutting
Our in-house purpose built CNC wheel lathe means we can also refurbish diamond cut wheels to a factory standard.
Crack Repairs & Welding
With the roads in the current conditions they are today, it is not uncommon for wheels to crack. Fortunately, our fully trained staff here at Essex Wheel Doctor are able to weld your wheels back to health.
Split Rims
The wheels are first chemically stripped of all paint, the wheels are then heated and the bolts removed. Once apart they can be done to your required specifications. They are then bolted back together and torqued to the correct settings.
Alloy Wheel Straightening
With the latest equipment we can also straighten flat spots from wheels that may have ran down a pot hole or two.
Puncture Repairs & Tyres
While the tyres are off the rims, now is a good time to get a new set on. We offer competitive prices on all brands from low to high end.
